In Stafford, CT, a horrendous fire burned through a family’s house, leaving them without a home for a somewhat lengthy amount of time. The homeowners and their kids had no choice but to stay in a hotel in a nearby town while SERVPRO of Manchester took care of the damages. SERVPRO worked hard on this big job until the beauty was restored to the property. The patient family was elated with the results, and thankful to have their home back the way it was.

In West Hartford CT a sewage pipe clogged causing raw sewage to spill out into the street and filled the basements of the surrounding homes. SERVPRO responded to the job quickly and within a few hours was pumping the sewage out of the basements. Many homes needed water cleaned up at the same time, but SERVPRO had the resources to do many of the houses at once so nobody had to wait for their house to be fixed. Just goes to show that no job is too small or too big for SERVPRO to handle!

A fire tore through two separate multi-family homes in Hartford CT causing dozens to lose their homes. They quickly called SERVPRO so they could come to clean up the fire damage and water damage. To start they turned off the power and began salvaging the items of the about 20 residents who lived in these homes so that the ones that weren't too damaged could be returned. Next, they boarded up all the windows and doors and removed the hanging debris left from the fire damage. Most of the belongings that were found had been too badly damaged, but luckily the ones that did survive the fire and water could be restored and returned to their owners.
