While we were vacationing in Bermuda, water leaked through a hole in the roof that we weren’t aware of.  Our eldest son stopped by to check on the house and found that the whole second floor of our home flooded and sustained water damage. They took care of everything and put our belongings right back where they belonged afterward, and we arrived home from vacation with everything looking good as new.
