I called SERVPRO when I had a flood emergency at my home, and they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable. I needed someone to reassure me and help me stay calm, and project manager Mayra did just that. Dustin was also very compassionate and patient with me. This is hands down the best experience I’ve had with  a company. The team made me feel cared for and that my feelings mattered, and they should get recognition for that.

SERVPRO of Manchester/Mansfield has a terrific team. Both Dustin and Brandy were very nice and helpful. All their different crews that helped me were great to work with. The mitigation only took 8 days to complete, and the crew made sure I was getting all my questions answered the whole way through. SERVPRO was over at the school this weekend and did an awesome job. I was there for a little while on Sunday evening and got to see them working hard. We’re lucky that SERVPRO is located so close to us and able to arrive quickly to any situation we have. Because of them, the kids were able to get right back to learning on Monday!

He was available at all times by cell phone, and was very empathetic and knowledgeable. Hopefully the house won’t have any more disasters, but if it does, we know who to call. We were thrilled with the work SERVPRO did for us.

My experience working with SERVPRO of Manchester/Mansfield was phenomenal! I had a pretty bad water leak problem in my basement that seeped into the walls, and they took care of everything! It was seamless, They cleaned and dried the basement, then helped me through the insurance process. They had all the fans, and mold treatments, and even cleaned my carpets. SERVPRO came in to clean up the mess at my home after I had a horrible sewer leak, and they were great to work with the whole way through. When I first called to get an assessment, they were flexible about scheduling, and they were communicative about arrival, calling in advance about running late. After a quick but thorough inspection, they gave me an estimate, and were ready to start the mitigation right away. I had them come in the next day and they were here on time, and got the work done both efficiently and effectively. The field manager, Dustin, checked in frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. By the end, the cost came out to be less than it was originally estimated! Contracting SERVPRO was the right choice, and I am extremely happy!
